Activating Offline Radius Arrays using EAWMosaic

Creating offline arrays comprised of different modules doesn't activate once modules are online.

steps:

1. Create an array of an RSX208L and RSX12 offline
2. Connect to a Radius system that matches the offline config
3. tap and drag the detected Radius modules over the top of the offline array
4. No response occurs

This was a know issue in earlier versions of Mosaic. This has been addressed and corrected as of v. 1.0.26
