Can an Anna cover fit over a stack of 4 Annas with the flybar aached?

The cover does not fit over a stack of 4 Annas and the Flybar.

The Flybar doesn’t ride on top of Anna and doesn’t fit under the cover. Anna flybar is meant to travel in a Roadcase.
