Is it normal for every port to have 2 MAC addresses when using DANTE and the Radius boxes?

Yes

There are two network adapters in each RADIUS module; one is the Ultimo (Dante) component and another is the loudspeaker host. Dante Controller shows one, the rear panel of the loudspeaker shows the other.
