Loudspeaker mode not available on UX8800

Customer can't find Loudspeaker Mode on newer UX8800's or Which version of firmware should be used

Single Mode and Loudspeaker Mode were supported up to and including Build 97, so anyone wishing to use their old files can only upgrade to that point.

All firmware beyond that build puts the processor into Single Mode, which requires new settings to be written.
