Network Audio Module Failed - Please Restart The Console

The problem can came down to virtual devices

.
If DVS or Via are MOUNTED on the console and then an audio app is shut down, the console "loses" the routes and causes this error.

The key is NOT to mount Via or DVS. All the patching can be done with Controller.
