Firmware Update on NT Products (KFnt, NTL, NTS)

USE THE HELP FILE. IT IS UP-TO-DATE AND INCLUDES THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

• Open EAWManager
• Go to ‘Tools’ and then ‘Communications’. If connected to a UX8800, enter the IP address. If an NTL or NTS, select the correct COM port.
• Go online. Allow it to find all of the devices that are online. You can connect to a UX and, via U-Net, update your NTLs and NTSs, for example (or vice versa). It is generally not necessary to connect to each device individually.
• Select the products that you wish to update. Ensure that the correct model is selected in the drop-down list (you can update multiple loudspeakers in one swoop, but each ‘swoop’ must be for loudspeakers of all the same type).
• Press ‘Update Firmware’. This generally takes a few minutes per device. EAWManager will indicate when the update is complete.
• Repeat with all loudspeaker types until everything is up-to-date!
