Anna Module Failure

Anna is a simpler system than Anya. Overall expected (and data thus far supports) is a significantly lower hardware failure rate than Anya. There are four power supplies in total, each integrated into an amplifier module. If one is to fail these are the failure modes expected:

Supply 1: LF1 and DSP (no audio in case of failure)

Supply 2: LF2 and Governor (audio but no control in case of failure) - no LEDs will illuminate on rear panel

Supply 3: MF1/2, HF 1/2/3/4 (partial audio & can use adaptive healing)

Supply 4: MF3/4, HF 5/6/7/8 (partial audio & can use adaptive healing)
