Increased resistance & power cycling with UX8800
Some older units with the 6 pin connector between the power supply board and the main PCB experienced some fretting corrosion on this connector, which leads to an increased resistance and ultimately to power-cycling.
This issue was identified in the UX8800 back in 2011, and the design was modified so that the power wires are directly soldered onto the main digital board, instead of using a connector.
