Is the adjustable EQ/Crossover in Mosaic in addition to your grey box crossover/EQ/DSP or by turning on the EQ / Crossover are we then “overriding” your greybox settings?

This is all in addition to the system’s voicing, which includes limiting, crossover, Focusing™, etc.

All parameters that you can access are for the user’s convenience in setting up and tuning the system.
