Testing Passbands using EAWPilot
- Open up EAWPilot
- Run an audio source through the array or single loudspeaker.
- Locate the array under Design
- Right-Click on the loudspeaker in the array to be tested.
- Select Properties
- On the following window, it's possible to test in full range or by soloing individual passbands.
This would be useful if array is experiencing low output either in full range or on a particular frequency as it would help locate any driver issues that may be occurring.
It may also be beneficial to run this test with a new EPT file, essentially resetting any processing that may lead to misinformation while running this test.
