The "FILENAME" could not be opened. Check all required EAWDF files are installed and in your inventory.

Resolution 2 Error when opening model:

This means it has a data file that you don’t. You can open the EAWresolution file in Notepad (it’s an XML) see what loudspeakers are in it.

Compare these to what’s in your inventory. You can use the ‘Find’ function to look for terms like "RSX" or "QX". (This is not something we advertise but it can be good a troubleshooting tool to use internally.)

Please also pay close attention to not just missing loudspeakers, but also accessories such as flybars.

Once the missing item from inventory is discovered, download the missing file from the EAW
Website.

Once complete, open up Resolution, then click FILE > IMPORT and select the downloaded file.
